I just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for helping us. Our door was jammed on Friday so badly that we could not close it (as that would effectively lock us in), and we could hardly keep it open overnight! It has happened before when it rains but not this bad. When I called your customer service representative she was very polite, courteous and understanding. We received a confirmation phone call immediately from your tech letting us know he had received our service order and to give us an estimated time of arrival since he was still on the previous appointment.  Your customer service rep also kept us informed on the progress of the technician from the moment we placed the call to the tech’s arrival to our place. He also called, to let us know when he was on his way after he finished his previous job. When he arrived he was polite and did a good job. He was also sensitive to our situation - we are Jewish and Friday night is the Jewish Sabbath. So there were several considerations, which I had ask him, and we where grateful for his cooperation.
 
All in all the service we received from alliancelocksmith.com was very good, and we will recommend you to all our friends. I write this to you because previous to calling you we called another company. They were the total opposite. They did not call us back to confirm, they did not keep us up to date of the progress of the tech that was supposed to service our door, and then 4 hours after calling them they called to say it would have to be the day after! I wish I had called you straight away, but now I know!

I've ordered a service online before but this was a special occasion as we were getting all our locks vandalized by the local teenagers; when your tech came he replaced the office locks that same day.
